• We have over 2500 people in our group making us the #1 Group at Gammage!
• We want to keep our spot, so feel free to share our website with friends, coworkers, & family that would like to join the group & order with us. It saves to be a Groupie!
• If there are other states or venues you'd like to get a group discount for, let us know and we'll explore the possibilities.
• We give you a discounted group rate and you don't have to pay the extra ticket fees charged by the venue.
• We offer payments, allowing you to budget for all the shows you want to attend.
• A season ticket through Gammage requires you to choose the *same* day, number & location of seats for every show. Ordering with our group saves you money and you have way more flexibility.
• We want to make your experience a great one, so please contact us with any questions or concerns.
• The three of us on the Ticket Team (Natalie, Leslie & Michala) are ready to help you with special requests, so feel free to ask!

• We can typically offer amazing seats in every section and on every day.
• Our ticket price is all-inclusive, with no surprises at checkout.
• When you place your order we do our best to get your first choice.
• Ordering early and being flexible on what tickets you'll accept increases your chances of getting the tickets you want.
• After confirming your selection we send an invoice for the initial deposit.
• Your final payment for each show is spread out over the season so it's easier on your budget.
• You will receive your tickets when it gets close to the performance date.
• We now offer digital tickets. Yay!  We understand that digital tickets might not work for our entire audience. If you do not have a smart phone or have other needs that require an alternative ticket method please reach out to us.
• If you need accessible seating you can tell us on your order form.
• We do our best to honor your requests to sit near others who have placed separate orders.
• After ordering, if you need to add more tickets, fill out the order form and note that you're adding to your order.
• If you think you may have submitted an order twice shoot us an email and we'll double check for you.
• If you missed out on ordering for a show, go ahead and send in your request. We may be able to get you tickets.
• If you have to cancel we may be able to help you exchange your tickets.
• If you want to make changes to an order you've already placed, contact us and we'll see what we can do for you!
• If we have too many requests for the same performance, we may need to go to a drawing. Again, your flexibility for seating dates and sections give you the best chance of getting the tickets you want.
• Weeknights are less busy and a little easier to get tickets to.
• Weekends are more popular, so put in your requests for those performances as soon as possible so you don't miss out!
• If you move let us know so we can get your tickets to the right address.
• We want to keep in touch with you, so make sure you're subscribed to our group.
• We are working on offering group sales discounts for other venues. If there's somewhere you love to go, let us know! orders@azdiscounttickets.com

• When we place a group order we get a discount that we pass along to you, and you also save on the venue's checkout ticket fees.
• The prices on our website are all-inclusive. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout!
• Your deposit is due at the beginning of the season, typically a couple weeks after your initial order.
• We spread out the rest of your balance into manageable payments throughout the season.
• If you order your tickets after the final payment is due for a particular show it defaults to one full payment.
• Just like Gammage, all payments are nonrefundable.
• If you want to add to your order after you pay your deposit, fill out the order form and we'll see what options are still available.
• We will give you plenty of notice about payment due dates. If your payment is late, we have to add a late fee.
• We offer ACH, debit and credit card payments for your convenience.
• An ACH payment can be made from your checking account. Follow the simple instructions on your invoice and reach out to us if you need help.

• Our first wave of orders happens just before Gammage opens sales to the public.
• Once we have those seats confirmed we can order more as long as Gammage has them available.
• Occasionally people can't go and ask us to find someone to buy their tickets.
• So keep trying and we'll do our best to help you experience a show!

• You place your ticket request through our online ordering form for each show
• We fulfill your ticket order so you can get the discount from Gammage
• You are invoiced and pay either the full amount or in payments 
• Once we receive full payment, and the show is near, we will send your tickets and any additional information you may need for the show
